If you haven’t travelled, it’s easy to become content with not travelling….but once you’re bitten by the travel bug, there’s no turning back!

With the advent of the internet, travelling has become more accessible and more affordable. I was nervous when I made my first overseas holiday booking online, however, over the past few years, I have seen a vast improvement with the online booking process becoming more streamlined. Problems I had previously encountered now appear to be a thing of the past.

Researching and booking your own holidays can be time consuming, but they are also very rewarding. Being the manager of your own time and destination gives you the freedom to do what you want to do.

What started as a personal diary of my trips, travelcaper.com has become an opportunity to share ideas and travel tips. I love to read other people’s travel stories for ideas and tips when planning my next adventure. The more I can learn, the more prepared I’m going to be.
